NEW YORK, March 30 /PRNewswire/ -- New York-based value airline JetBlue
Airways (Nasdaq: JBLU) today announced a Spring Sale, with sale fares
available to destinations across the country and the Caribbean. Travel must
be booked online at www.jetblue.com by Wednesday, April 8, 2009.
Spring Sale fares for flights within California start at $39 (a). This
rate is available for flights between Long Beach and Oakland, Sacramento, San
Francisco and San Jose. Fares starting at $39 (a) are also available between
Long Beach and Las Vegas.
Flights between New York metropolitan area airports and select Florida
destinations are on sale, with $79 (a) fares. Flights between JFK and Fort
Lauderdale, Jacksonville, Orlando and Tampa are included; as are flights
between LaGuardia and both Fort Lauderdale and Orlando; flights between Newark
(EWR) and Fort Lauderdale, Orlando and Tampa; and flights between White Plains
(HPN) and both Fort Lauderdale and Tampa.
Customers looking for great deals on transcontinental routes can jet
between New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport and the California
destinations of Burbank, Long Beach and San Francisco for $99 (a).
Transcontinental fares from $99 (a) are also available between Boston and both
Long Beach and Oakland, California, and between Washington, D.C./Dulles and
Long Beach, California.
Sale fares to the Cape Air destinations of Nantucket, Martha's Vineyard,
Provincetown and Hyannis, MA, and Rutland, VT are also now available.
Sale fares must be purchased by 11:59 p.m. MDT on Wednesday, April 8, 2009
and require up to a 10-day advance purchase. For most city pairs, travel
